Maintenance Procedures
Capt. Bill Pike, Senior Editor of Power and Motoryacht Magazine featured one of our procedures for heat exchanger maintenance in one of his articles. This is a very effective procedure when performed as a "maintenance procedure". Once the heat exchanger has gotten dirty beyond a certain point the heat exchanger will have to be removed and put through a more aggressive cleaning procedure costing more than twice the cost of doing scheduled maintenance. This procedure is just as effective on your air conditioning condensing units as well.
